The Campania Express is a special tourist line that runs along the same route as the Circumvesuviana between Naples and Sorrento, but stops at just a few stations and takes about 30 minutes less than the commuter trains to complete the trip.
The schedule refers to the current season and are updated based on the timetables published by the transport company.

It is also possible purchase tickets, no guaranteed seating, twenty minutes before the departure of the train at the ticket office EAV: Herculaneum – Pompeii Villa Misteri – Vico Equense – Meta – Piano di Sorrento – S.Agnello – Sorrento – Naples Porta Nolana – Napoli Piazza Garibaldi.
Children up to 6 years of age do not pay and do not have a reserved seat.
For groups of at least 10 people, it is possible to request a free ticket for the tour guide equipped with a special badge or Company/ agency I.D., making a prior request to the EAV manager, by e-mail to the address otseav@eavsrl.it.
Accessibility – Passengers with disabilities must go to the Info Point of Naples Porta Nolana station for the access to the rail tracks.
The stations of Garibaldi, Ercolano and Sant’Agnello are NOT accessible, while the stations of Castellammare and Pompei Villa dei Misteri are accessible only toward Sorrento. Travellers with disabilities coming from Sorrento headed to Meta or Piano, can call to the phone number 081 7722432 – at least 20 minutes before departure – to request the stop at the platform next to the passenger building.

Passion of Christ Historical Representation
An event became a tradition for the citizens of Piano di Sorrento, which began in 1984.
It is a Via Crucis in period costume, which runs through the city streets of Piano di Sorrento, to end with the installation of living pictures at Villa Fondi.
An event not to be missed, to relive the last days of Jesus through a long path of prayer.
